<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unboned bar and a manufacturing method thereof, inexpensively manufacturable without requiring labor.SOLUTION: The unboned bar 1 has an unboned layer on the outer periphery of a bar member 2. The unboned layer is formed by winding an unboned sheet 4 on the bar member 2. The unboned sheet 4 is formed by hardening in a sheet shape after making a special asphalt agent flow in a tray (an unboned sheet forming process). The unboned sheet 4 is wound while coating the special asphalt agent on the outer periphery of the bar member 2 (a winding process).</p> |
