<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise method for positioning a converter tuyere opening machine for copper smelting, which causes no error in pulse count values of a counter module even when the tuyere opening machine stops at an overrun position in returning to a predetermined tuyere position located at the outermost edge for initial opening.SOLUTION: The positioning of a tuyere opening machine 5 is performed using a servo motor 10 in the drive system of the tuyere opening machine 5, and a counter module for operation signals of a dolly 6 movable along a plurality of tuyeres 2. The zero point of the counter module is set to outside of a converter away from the tuyere position located at the outermost edge for initial opening, within the moving range of the tuyere opening machine.</p> |
