<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for a retardation film, which is free of influences of offset of a leveling agent while including the leveling agent in a hard coat layer, and which can suppress retardation unevenness of a retardation film, and a retardation film with reduced retardation unevenness, which is free of influences of offset of a leveling agent while including the leveling agent in a hard coat layer.SOLUTION: The hard coat film includes a hard coat layer disposed on one surface side of a transparent substrate film. The hard coat layer comprises a cured product of a curable resin composition for a hard coat layer, which comprises a polyfunctional monomer having at least two ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing groups, and a fluorine compound having a perfluoroalkenyl group and a polyethylene oxide group. The fluorine compound has an average addition molar number of the ethylene oxide of 7 to 24, and has a weight average molecular weight of 700 to 1500.</p> |
