<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam replacement deaeration method and device capable of reliably capturing injected steam even when a bag is empty, and preventing occurrence of various problems such as deterioration of a work environment, contamination of a packaging machine, and failure of a peripheral equipment.SOLUTION: A sensor 15 is provided to detect whether or not a packed object is packed in a bag B. When it is packed, a nozzle 33 is moved from a standby position to a descent end position, a discharge port at a nozzle lower end is inserted into the bag, and steam is blown thereinto. At that time, the steam flowing upward from a hood disposed in the upper part of the nozzle is collected. When the packed object is not packed, the nozzle is moved to a retreat position, a steam receiving container 45 is made to enter between the nozzle and bag, the nozzle is moved to a steam disposal position, and the steam is injected toward the inside of the container. The steam flowing upward from the container is collected through the hood.</p> |
