METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF MOLDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of an injection-molded body using a semi-cured film laminate having extremely high surface hardness as the hard coat of a transparent substrate and excellent in adhesiveness and followability to a resin molded article having a three-dimensional curved surface shape.SOLUTION: A method for production of an injection-molded body comprises: arranging a semi-cured film laminate which is prepared by semi-curing a curable resin composition on a transparent substrate and laminating a semi-cured resin layer having a thickness of 10μm to 1 mm and an elongation of 5% at room temperature in an injection molding die so that a semi-cured resin layer side adheres firmly to a molding die; molding an injection-molding resin by injecting the injection-molding resin into the die from the transparent substrate side and simultaneously integrating the injection-molding resin and the semi-cured film laminate; and after that, forming a laminate in which a hard coat layer, the transparent substrate and the injection-molding resin are integrated by completely curing the semi-cured resin layer.
