<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit with a stable output frequency by reducing the influence of flicker noise of a transistor.SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit 1 includes: a plurality of transistors 11, 12, 13, and 14 provided as a current source 10; capacitors 16 and 17 charged by an output current of a transistor selected from the plurality of transistors 11, 12, 13, and 14; switches SF1 and SF2 resetting charge voltages Va and Vb of the capacitors 16 and 17 by discharging the capacitors 16 and 17; a signal generating circuit 30 generating an oscillation signal SGN1 of a predetermined frequency on the basis of the charge voltages Va and Vb of the capacitors 16 and 17; and a control circuit 20 cyclically switching the plurality of transistors 11, 12, 13, and 14 to select a transistor for charging the capacitors 16 and 17.</p> |
