<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately and quickly performing a minute amount inspection, excellent in accuracy of liquid exchange, simple in operation and work process, and easy to construct an inspection system.SOLUTION: The device is used for the inspection of an object to be inspected and includes: an assay member having a plate-shape and a plurality of through pores provided in the thickness direction; and a liquid permeable member having a plurality of fine through bores finer than the through pores and used by being laminated on the assay member. The object to be inspected present in the through pores on the assay member remains inside the through pores. However, the liquid used on the occasion of performing the inspection passes through the fine through bores, and can be discharged to the outside through the liquid permeable member.</p> |
