<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide copper foil excellent in etching properties after graphene film formation.SOLUTION: The copper foil for manufacturing a graphene sheet is formed of copper foil having 80% or more of a degree of orientation to a 200 plane when an integral value of diffraction intensity of a 111 plane, a 200 plane, a 220 plane and a 311 plane is measured on a foil surface by X-ray diffraction after heating the copper foil for 60 minutes at a material temperature of 1000°C. A degree of orientation (%) to the 200 plane=I(200)/ΣI(hkl)×100, where I(hkl) is the diffraction intensity integral value of each plane.</p> |
