<p>The present invention provides a device to form high-efficiency electrodes and an electrode-forming method. The electrode-forming device (S) consists of the means to paint flux (F), the means of filling a multiple number of conductive balls (G1, G2), serially located in the bottom of the means to paint flux (F), which form electrodes by filling conductive balls on a flux-coated substrate (B); and the No. 1 feedback device (21), the No. 2 feedback device (22), the No. 1 bypass conveyor (C313), and the No. 2 bypass conveyor (C323) that return the substrate (B) in ways for other ball-filling means to detour while returning the substrate (B) to one of the ball-filling means out of the two means (G1, G2).</p> |
