PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a cordless screwdriver capable of realizing a hammering operation and a driving-screw operation with one motor by reversely rotating the motor simultaneously with hammering after a piston is pushed up.SOLUTION: A screwdriver 1 includes: a battery-driven motor 11; a piston 6 movable by a striking spring 9; and a driver bit 7 for driving a screw 50, and drives the screws 50 by compressing the striking spring 9 using a torque of the motor 11 and releasing the compressed striking spring 9 to move the piston 6. The screwdriver 1 is configured to perform a moving operation for compressing the striking spring 9 to move the piston 6, and a rotational operation for rotating the driver bit 7 fixed to the piston 6 via bevel gears 29 and 33 during hammering. The moving operation and the rotational operation are actuated by driving one motor 11 and the actuation is switched by switching a rotational direction of the motor 11. |
