PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion between a substrate and mesh pattern electrodes and chemical and impact resistance of a primer layer to solve the problem of weakened chemical and impact resistance of an exposed primer layer.SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 includes: a substrate 10; a plurality of mesh pattern electrodes 30 formed on the substrate; and hard coating layers 40 formed on the substrate for filling air gaps of the mesh pattern electrodes therewith. In addition, a primer layer 20 is interposed between the substrate and the mesh pattern electrodes and hard coating layer.
