PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate that can be thin regardless of unevenness in the front and rear surface.SOLUTION: A light guide plate (21) obtains a surface light source by guiding light of a light source (26) disposed on a light incident surface (22a), and includes a sheet-like base (22) having light transmissivity. Protrusions are formed on the front and rear surface of the base. The protrusions (24,122) formed on one surface are formed of molten extrusion resin which is the same material as that of the base, and a protrusion (23) formed on the other surface is formed of ionization radiation hardening resin.
