PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate, lighting unit and display device in which a high ejection efficiency can be attained and a uniform brightness can be made uniform while a light deflection element is prevented from being visually observed at an observing person and its manufacturing can be easily carried out.SOLUTION: A plurality of first lenses 13 and a plurality of second lenses 14 are crossed to each other and formed at one principal plane of a light guide plate 10. The first lens 13 has a convex shape with its section having a curvature factor and extends in ridge-like manner in a direction Y that is a normal direction of an incidence plane 12. There are arranged a plurality of first lenses 13 in parallel to each other in a direction X crossing at a right angle with the direction Y. The second lens 14 also shows a convex shape with its section having a curvature factor and extends in ridge-like manner in the direction X. A plurality of second lenses 14 are arranged in parallel to each other in the direction Y. The plurality of first lenses 13 all have a shape of specified height and width and each of the plurality of second lenses 14 has a shape in which its height is lower than that of the first lens 13 and a difference in height in respect to that of the first lens 13 becomes low as it is spaced apart from the incidence plane 12.
