PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collection sheet for a solar cell connected to a back contact type solar cell element that has a sufficiently favorable current collection performance and insulation quality, with a conventional current collection sheet for a solar cell, with higher productivity than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a current collection sheet for a solar cell includes a cutting step of cutting a metal foil 30 in a desired plane shape pattern by physical cutting means to form a metal wiring part on a resin substrate. A cutting range in a depth direction at the cutting step is controlled according to positional information obtained by a positional detection part that can detect a positional change of a contacted object through physical contact. The positional detection part 82 comprises a contact type positional sensor 821 of a disk shape and the contact type positional sensor 821 has a surface roughness Ra on a surface in contact with the contacted object of less than 0.4. The positional information is detected by physical contact between the metal foil 30 and the contact type positional sensor 821.
