PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows a function execution device to execute a specific function by using a portable device even when device authentication information which is supplied from the portable device to the function execution device for the purpose of registration of the device authentication information with an authentication memory has been already registered with the authentication memory.SOLUTION: When an NFC connection to a portable terminal PT1 is established and a device ID (D1) is acquired from the portable device PT1 (T236), a multifunction machine 10 determines the device ID (D1) to have been already registered with an authentication table and registers a device ID (D2) with the authentication table (T238) and supplies the device ID (D2) to the portable terminal PT1 (T240). Thereafter, when an NFC connection to the portable terminal PT1 is established and the device ID (D2) is acquired from the portable terminal PT1 (T276), the multifunction machine 10 switches from a non-login state to a login state (T278). |
