PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare earth titanate powder capable of providing fluid dispersion in which rare earth titanate becomes fully fine particle and is highly dispersed in a dispersion medium.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, the rare earth titanate powder is provided which consists of rare earth titanate represented by LnTiO, (in the formula, Ln represents a rare earth element) and in which a value of volume-cumulative particle diameter Dof 99.99 vol.% of accumulated volume by a laser diffraction scattering particle size distribution measurement after irradiated with ultrasonic with a condition of 22.5 kHz and 30 W for 3 minutes is 0.85 to a value of Dbefore ultrasonic irradiation.
