<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid storage device which can suppress air bubbles from bing mixed in a coating liquid, and can arrange a mounting position of a mixer in a tank in an optional position.SOLUTION: An introducing pipe 5 for introducing a coating liquid 4 in a cylindrical tank 3 is arranged so that a tip end part 5a projects inside the tank by penetrating an outer wall 11 on an upper side of the cylindrical tank 3, and a direction of the tip end part 5a is in a deviated position from a center position of the cylindrical tank 3. The cylindrical tank 3 includes a circular hole 7 in a center in a plan view, and an annular surface 8 around an opening of the circular hole 7 in a plan view. An inner diameter of the cylindrical tank 2 below the introducing pipe is smaller than a position where the introducing pipe 5 is arranged.</p> |
