<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset printing device that is capable of preventing a deterioration of printing quality, being produced at low cost without lowering productivity, and performing high-accuracy fine pattern printing.SOLUTION: An offset printing device comprises a first mechanism for scraping the upper surface of an intaglio plate 101 with a doctor blade 102 to fill the pattern 104 of the intaglio plate 101 with ink 105, and a second mechanism for transferring the pattern 104 onto a blanket plate 308 using a pressure roll 306 moving from side to side while pressing the blanket plate 308 against the pattern 104 of the intaglio plate 101 filled with the ink 105. The first and second mechanisms are disposed so that a direction in which the intaglio plate 101 is scraped by the doctor blade 102 is orthogonal to a direction in which the pressure roll 306 rolls on the blanket plate 308.</p> |
