PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound thin-film solar cell capable of enhancing collection efficiency of electrons and holes, and a method of manufacturing the compound thin-film solar cell.SOLUTION: The compound thin-film solar cell includes: a light-absorbing layer 13 positioned between a surface electrode 17 and a back electrode 11; and an intermediate layer 12 sandwiched between the back electrode 11 and the light-absorbing layer 13. The light-absorbing layer 13 is composed of a CZTS-based compound, and the intermediate layer 12 is composed of Sn(SSe) (0≤x≤1) or CuInGaSeS(0<x<1, 0≤y≤1, and 0≤z≤2). |
