PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet capable of enhancing the communication characteristics of an antenna, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet 5 includes a first sheet 8 having multiple first magnetic fibers 6 of the same longitudinal direction, and a first resin part 7 covering the multiple first magnetic fibers 6, and a second sheet 11 having multiple second magnetic fibers 9 of the same longitudinal direction, and a second resin part 10 covering the multiple second magnetic fibers 9. The first sheet 8 and second sheet 11 have principal surfaces that are parallel with each other and are arranged, respectively, in a direction parallel with the principal surface. The longitudinal direction of the first magnetic fibers 6 is different from the longitudinal direction of the second magnetic fibers 9. |
