<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device capable of high efficiency and low cost heat treatment, without deforming a heating object.SOLUTION: A heating object is heat-treated while moving a heat treatment head 10 of arranging a plurality of condensation heating units 11 composed of a heating coil-like light source 101 and a reflector 102, along a surface of the heating object. The heat treatment head 10 is composed of a unit row of juxtaposing two or more of condensation heating units 11 in the direction along the movement direction of the heat treatment head 10. Among the condensation heating units 11 for constituting the respective unit rows, the front condensation heating unit 11 in the movement direction of the heat treatment head 10 supplies less electric power to the heating coil-like light source 101 than the rear condensation heating unit 11.</p> |
