PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a light-emitting element excellent in reflection, heat dissipation and electrical insulation.SOLUTION: A substrate for a light-emitting element has a first substrate, and a second substrate. The first substrate has a surface for mounting a light-emitting element, and is composed of a material exhibiting reflectance of 85% or more for the light having a wavelength of 460 nm. The second substrate is provided at least partially on the side of the first substrate opposite from the mounting surface, so as to be on the frontmost side as the substrate. Furthermore, the second substrate is composed of a material having a thermal conductivity higher than that of the first substrate, and has electrical insulation. |
