PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ball unit for conveyance capable of discharging dust or the like intruded inside.SOLUTION: A ball unit 10 for conveyance includes a receiving member 12 in which a recessed face 16 is formed on an inner surface by press-working a platy material. In the receiving member 12, multiple receiving balls 18 and main balls 20 are disposed and further, a lid member 40 is installed to the receiving member 12 in order to retain the main balls 20 in such a state that a part of the main balls 20 is exposed. The recessed face 16 including a through-hole 28 having a diameter smaller than that of the receiving ball 18 is formed on a bottom surface 26 of the receiving member 12 by press-working a flat plate in the bottom surface of the receiving member 12 from the inside of the receiving member 12 toward the outside thereof. |
