摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of measuring thermal diffusivity with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for measuring thermal diffusivity using a cyclic heating method comprises: making a temperature wave propagate from a cyclic heating surface (11) toward a temperature wave absorbing surface (12) of a test piece (10); measuring a first temperature wave on the cyclic heating surface; measuring a second temperature wave at a predetermined position (14) inside the test piece between the cyclic heating surface and the temperature wave absorbing surface; and obtaining thermal diffusivity of the test piece from an amplitude ratio or a phase difference between the first temperature wave and the second temperature wave. Each of measured one cycle of the first temperature wave and that of the second temperature wave is approximated to a trigonometric function by a least-square method, and the thermal diffusivity of the test piece is measured from the amplitude ratio or the phase difference between the first temperature wave and the second temperature wave that have been approximated to the trigonometric function.</p>
