<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a packet arrival rate in a network having large packet loss, mitigate a demerit of retransmission, and change a path following dynamic change of performance of the network.SOLUTION: A relay device generates a transfer packet according to input packet information and a control method which are described in a flow table; stores the transfer packet; and transmits the transfer packet to a communication device at the next stage. When a retransmission condition for the transfer packet is established, the relay device reads the stored transfer packet; transmits the read packet to the communication device at the next stage according to the control method in the flow table; acquires communication delay and a retransmission rate on the basis of a communication packet and a retransmission request; outputs them as statistic data; and transmits the statistic data. A switch control device receives the statistic data from the relay device; creates a flow table for designating a configuration of a communication path and a packet control method on the basis of the statistic data; and transmits them to the relay device.</p> |
