<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup remover gentle to the skin using pH-shiftable alkali ion water as a base material.SOLUTION: The invention provides a makeup remover in which a natural polymer and/or a chemical polymer are dissolved using pH-shiftable alkali ion water as a base material, and are in a liquid, slurry, or gel form. This makeup remover is constituted without including a solvent and a surfactant, and can remove an aqueous makeup agent and an oily makeup agent easily. At initial time, the makeup remover is controlled at pH of 8.50-9.50, and then it is constituted so that contacting with glycerol or neutral fat allow pH shifts to pH value abbreviation 4.0-6.5.</p> |
