<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generator capable of easily increasing the capacity.SOLUTION: The ozone generator includes: a cylindrical grounding tube having a metal inner surface; a cylindrical dielectric tube which is coaxially included inside the grounding tube, having a gap between the outer surface and the inner surface of the grounding tube, with a conductive high-voltage electrode on the inner surface; an insulating plug which closes the open end of the grounding tube; an insulating gas supply tube passing through the plug, for supplying a raw material gas into the grounding tube; a feeder cable inserted inside the gas supply tube; and an ozonized gas-ejecting structure for ejecting ozonized gas from the inside of the grounding tube to the outside. The ozonized gas is made from the raw material gas supplied from the gas supply tube, which flows into the gap so as to cause electrical discharge to make ozonized gas due to an electrical field formed by high frequency high voltage applied between the grounding tube and the high-voltage electrode during flowing between the gap.</p> |
