<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in moldability and scratch resistance and has excellent touch feeling so as to feel a stereoscopic effect when actually touched by hands.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet which comprises a substrate layer 1, a first surface layer 2 and a second surface layer provided on a part of the first surface layer, wherein the second surface layer is formed of a resin composition comprising a resin and synthetic resin particles 9, and in the second surface layer, 50 pts.mass or more of the synthetic resin particles is contained based on 100 pts.mass of the resin.</p> |
