The derived data are used to calculate the individual factor of glaucoma progression dynamics (Kgpd) by formula: Kgpd=-0.711043+age*0.00489775 +age*0.000702502+IOP*0.0175266+stage*0.0462667+field of vision*0.00022992+therapy*0.0390532+number of appointments*0.0252545, wherein the sex means 0 for females, and 1 for males; the age is the number of completed years at the first appointment; IOP is the intraocular pressure at the first appointment; stage of the stage of glaucoma: 1 - initial, 2 - developed, 3 - advanced as recorded at the first appointment; field of vision is a sum in degrees in eight meridians measured at the first appointment; therapy - monotherapy 1, integrated therapy 2; number of appointments is the number of ophthalmologist's appointments for the period of one year and a half from the moment of glaucoma recording. If Kgpd is less than 0.11, the glaucoma progression rate is predicted to exceed 45 percent.EFFECT: with using the minimum number of individual criteria, the method enables evaluating the individual risk of a glaucoma progression rate gain, providing the patient with the recommended medication, enhancing the medical staff control of compliance with the recommended follow-up monitoring.2 tbl
