FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises closed circuit composed by uneven number of inverting cascades. Each of the latter has first signal input connected to output of prior cascade and second signal input. Total quantity of cascades us selected to be multiple of three. Note here that every icascade is composed by phase interpolation controlled element. The latter incorporates second signal input connected to output of (i-3)cascade.
