FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of production of a nanostructured layer on the surface of metals under conditions of acoustocapillary effect. At the first stage they realise horizontal movement of a part with speed of ?=(10÷100) mm/min with processing by a diamond wheel with specified grain Z=(125/100÷80/63) mcm on a bond M2-01 with concentration of diamonds 100% with frequency of rotation n=(500÷3000) rpm with plastic deformation of the surface with depth h=(0.01÷0.1) mm in one stage. At the second stage they set a clearance between the produced surface of the part and working surface of a grinding wheel h=(0.1±0.05) mm, and the process of polishing is carried out with simultaneous supply of liquid coolant with metal nanoparticles, and a vibration stand is switched on. An impact ultrasonic wave is generated with high frequency f=(10÷500) kHz directly in liquid coolant near the processed part, by means of which nanoclusters are produced, and microcracks of the surface layer of the part are blocked.EFFECT: reduction of part processing time, simplified technology and reduction of cost of process of nanostructured layer formation on the surface of machine parts from metals and alloys.4 cl, 7 dwg, 3 ex, 3 tbl |
