FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology of briquetting mud and sewage sludge, and briquettes of mud and sludge can be used as regenerators of fertile layer when disturbed land reclamation. The method of processing sewage sludge comprises their dewatering, dosing and mixing the components, pressing and packing the briquettes, heat treatment in the microwave oven. At that the sewage sludge dewatered on a filter press to a moisture content of 30-40%, is mixed in a mixer together with the components fed by the dispensers wt %: slaked lime - 3-5; ground wood residual - 10-15; fly ash of thermal power plant and/or ground boiler slag - 15-25; water-soluble binder - 1-1.5; dewatered sludge - the rest until the homogeneous tight paste which is briquetted under pressure of 7-10 MPa on the roll press. At that the moisture squeezed out is returned to the head of the manufacturing process and the briquettes are packed in sealed, heat-resistant bags on the packaging machine, treated for 5-6 minutes in the microwave oven and sent to the warehouse.EFFECT: result is an increase in the strength of briquettes, briquetting performance and shelf life with the given quality of the product.1 dwg |
