<p>The present invention relates to a system and method for transmitting a rejection message, and an apparatus and a recording medium storing a computer program therefore and, more specifically, to a system and a method for transmitting a rejection message which allow a caller to clearly identify a rejection reason of a receiver by transmitting, to the caller, a rejection message including a message set by a user, a user location and the status of the user based on the user location when a received call is rejected, and to an apparatus and a recording medium storing a computer program therefor. According to the present invention, by providing a caller with a rejection message including current location information indicating a user location and status information on the current status of the user based on accumulated user locations since a rejection point of time as well as a text message set by a user when a received call is rejected, the caller can identify the current location of the user and the current status, such as moving, or staying at a relevant location as well as the current location of the user. As a result, the present invention can be applied to emergency response, lifesaving, and emergency rescue by identifying not only a simple call rejection reason but also a user location and the current status of a user. The user device for transmitting a rejection message comprises: a positioning unit for measuring a receiver location; a rejection message generation unit for generating setting information according to a setting to reject a received call according to user input and text information provided when the received call is rejected; a status information generation unit for generating and accumulating location information according to measurement by the positioning unit, and generating status information by using the accumulated location information; and a rejecting message providing unit for transmitting, to a caller, a rejection message including the text information, the current location information the status information when the received call is rejected according to the setting information.</p> |
