<p>The present invention discloses a cooling device to cool an object having an auxiliary cooling unit which induces air blowing around the object to emit outside. The auxiliary cooling device comprises: a body which covers an upper portion of the object and includes a first moving path formed in a vertical direction and in a direction crossing a vertical direction and a second moving path; a rotation unit having a rotation member disposed in parallel and in relation to an extension direction of the second moving path; and a collecting member disposed in a direction crossing an extension direction of the second moving path. By disposing the auxiliary cooling device in a space where a hot object is placed, the hot object can efficiently be cooled. This way, loading on a return-facility can be reduced, and a secondary cooling device to cool the objects is not required; thus improving the efficiency of processing and productivity by ejecting cooling air out of the device with ease using a suction power generated from the rotation unit, cooling hot objects with ease, and reducing dust particles dispersing out of the device with the collecting member.</p> |
