The present invention is related to a method for providing a service of supporting the achievement for the goal score in an examination on a network, and a managing server used therein. The present invention includes the following steps: a step to receive user′s data including the number of test round and the target score from a user′s terminal using the managing server; a step to save the data including the number of test round and the target score received through the user terminal; a step to receive personal information required to inquire the user′s score from the user terminal; a step to transmit the personal information to an external server that provides individual scores for each user; and a step to determine whether to compensate the user based on the comparison result of the actual score with the target score by comparing actual score information received from the external server with target score information received from the user terminal. According to the present invention, the method can actually motivate test-takers to reach a specific target score in tests like the TOEIC test and the like after applying for the test.
