FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to immunology. There are presented an antibody and its antigen-binding fragment specifically binding human colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R) characterised by sequences of complementary-determining regions (CDR).
