FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: this test bench comprises compressed air cyclic load system composed of compressed air source, compressed air main feed line with high-flow rate control valve, bypass line, line to discharge air from fuselage with release valve, means for protection of fuselage from compressed air overpressure and noise killer. Besides, it includes ACS means incorporating fuselage pressure controller and pressure first transducer. Additionally, it comprises "downstream" pressure controller at first bypass line, second bypass line parallel with inlet control valve incorporating manual and solenoid valves, inlet control valve opening correction unit, timer, command-apparatus, pressure level comparator and switch to control operation of control valve and the entire system of fuselage overpressure control.EFFECT: higher accuracy of fuselage overpressure control, expanded applications of test bench.2 dwg |
