摘要 FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymers and specifically to production of multifunctional nanocmposite materials, and can be used to produce structural materials with improved mechanical and thermophysical properties, which are resistant to aggressive media, for example in production of plastic cable sheaths for the electrical industry, film packaging materials, sacks, containers and plastic tubes. The method of producing nanomodified thermoplastic includes obtaining nanomodified binder by exposing a concentrate to ultrasound with power of 1-5 kW and amplitude of 20-80 mcm with dispersion of particles of a nanomodifier in a polymer matrix - resin and adding the obtained concentrate to the binder, after which the nanomodified thermoplastic is obtained with subsequent mixing. The polymer matrix used is a melt of at least one thermoplastic with viscosity of not less than 10 cP in a temperature range resulting from conditions of processing the thermoplastic in molten state, particularly from 120 to 200°C.EFFECT: obtaining a thermoplastic polymer nanocomposite with improved deformation-strength properties.2 cl, 6 tbl
