<p>This invention relates to a fixing apparatus for fixing an apnea stent in the respiratory duct, the fixing apparatus (10) having a fixing device which can be fixed to a proximal end (2) of the apnea stent (1). The fixing apparatus distinguishes itself in that the fixing device has two clamping members (11,12) between which the proximal end (2) of the apnea stent (1) can be fixed.
