<p>The present invention relates to an automated system for shrinking a tube by heating, which adheres a heat shrinkable tube to an object to be processed. The system comprises: a plurality of jig units that are spaced apart from each other by predetermined intervals and fixate to allow an object to be processed, to be dismounted and mounted; a transfer unit that moves the jig units fixated with the object to be processed at the preset speed; and a heating unit that applies heat to the heat shrinkable tube while the jig units are moved by the transfer unit. The jig units are moved between a first location and a second location by the transfer unit. An X axis is a virtual axis connecting the first location and the second location in a straight line and a Y axis is a virtual axis that intersects with the X axis. According to the present invention, unlike the conventional method where a majority of operators have to operate repeat and manual rotation while the object to be processed is placed next to a heating device, only a handful of operators simply have to fix the object to be processed to the jig unit. Then, the heat shrinkable tube is automatically attached to the multiple object to be processed. Therefore, it is possible to save the time for attaching the heat shrinkable tube to the object to be processed and overall manufacturing costs. So, it is adequate for quickly processing post-processed wire harness, which requires mass production, with consistent quality.</p> |
