According to an embodiment of the present invention, a photoconductivity measurement apparatus of a flexible device comprises: a light source radiating light to a flexible device sample; a transformation permission member transforming the flexible device sample; and a photoconductivity measurement machine measuring a change of photoconductivity of the flexible device sample. A photoconductivity of the flexible device sample can be changed since the light is radiated to the flexible device sample. Therefore, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the photoconductivity measurement apparatus of a flexible device can quickly measure a photoconductivity of the flexible device while not directly transforming the flexible device by including the photoconductivity measurement machine which measures the change of photoconductivity of the flexible device sample transformed by the transformation permission member. |
