<p>The present invention provides a method of easily analyzing the nucleotide variations, by improving detection efficiency of the nucleotide variations of an amplification product and capture probe having a nucleotide relative to variations of target nucleic acid. The present invention provides a method of determining alleles of bio-material by distinguishing the nucleotide variation using a fluorescent sensitivity. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method of examining mutations and their occurrence frequency in real time by a single examination in bacteria and virus.</p> |
