<p>Disclosed are a system battery management system (BMS), which can rapidly and accurately process data by efficiently controlling an energy storage system, and an energy storage system including the same. The energy storage system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of battery banks having a plurality of battery packs and a plurality of slave BMSs for managing the battery packs; a plurality of master BMSs to transceive information with the slave BMSs provided in the battery bank; and a system BMS connected to the master BMSs to transceive information with the master BMSs, wherein the system BMS includes: a first communication module to connect communication with the master BMSs; and a control module to control the information transceived by the first communication module.</p> |
