FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: stripping device for harvesting grain crops in the form of a hinged gauge platform 1 on the harvester, consisting of a housing 2 with a roof 3 and working bodies as a part of a stripper drum 5 and a screw 6 rotating by drives with the utmost spiral and central beater parts, a bed 7 of the screw 6 with the working surface for contacting with the moving stripping products of stripping grain crops, a rotary fairing 8 with the working surface for contacting during the motion of the platform 1 with standing crop of the harvested grain crops and with products of their stripping moving relative to the rotary fairing 8 and support elements 10 of the housing 2 of the platform 1 on the surface of the field with a mechanism of their movement 11. The housing 2 of the gauge platform 1 is provided with a limiter 4 of the flow of movement of the products of stripping in the vertical and longitudinal directions with the inner surface for contacting with the moving products of stripping of grain crops from the stripper drum 5 to the screw 6. On the inner surface of the limiter 4 several pairs of removable vertical guides 12a and 12b are mounted with the side surfaces for providing the movement of heavy fractions of the products of stripping from the stripper drum 4 in the longitudinal and transverse directions to the central beater part of the screw 6. Each of the pairs of the vertical guides 12a and 12b copies the profile of the inner surface of the limiter 4 and is located symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the gauge platform 1 with the location in the lateral direction along the utmost spiral parts of the screw 6 to its central beater part, and in the longitudinal direction - between the axes of the stripper drum 5 and the screw 6. The vertical guides 12a and 12b are mounted on the inner surface of the limiter 4 with the possibility of changing their angle of slope to the longitudinal axis of the gauge platform 1.EFFECT: increase in operational characteristics, reduction of power consumption for moving the products of stripping.2 cl, 3 dwg |
