FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: epoxy compound is obtained by mixing epoxy resin (E-40), a product of condensation of epichlorohydrin with diphenylol propane in an alkaline medium with content of epoxy groups of 13-15% in amount of 40-44 wt % with dioctyl phthalate 17-20 wt %, filled with 32-35 wt % dry-ground, mechanically treated mica-muscovite with particle size of less than 5 mcm with abrasive fine iron powder with particle size of less than 50 mcm, taken in ratio of 1:0.8-1.3, respectively, hardened polyethylene polyamine 4.6-6.5 wt %. Said epoxy compound has improved adhesion to the material of the equipment and provides high adhesion when tearing and shearing, since both shearing and tearing stresses act when filling and pressing the articles.EFFECT: invention provides rapid repair of equipment and prolongs the service life thereof.2 tbl, 1 ex |
