According to a first embodiment, a solar cell comprises: a support substrate; a rear electrode layer arranged on the support substrate; a light absorption layer arranged on the rear electrode layer; a second penetration groove penetrating the rear electrode layer and the light absorption layer; a front electrode layer arranged on the light absorption layer; a third penetration groove penetrating the light absorption layer and the front electrode layer; and a reflection member arranged in the second penetration groove and the third penetration groove. According to a second embodiment, a solar cell comprises: a support substrate; a rear electrode layer arranged on the support substrate; a light absorption layer arranged on the rear electrode layer; a second penetration groove penetrating the rear electrode layer and the light absorption layer; a front electrode layer arranged on the light absorption layer; a third penetration groove penetrating the light absorption layer and the front electrode layer; a first reflection member arranged in the second penetration groove; a second reflection member arranged in the third penetration groove; and a scattering member connecting the first reflection member and the second reflection member. |
