摘要 Disclosed is a compact low-temperature drying and automatic discharging device using vacuum pressure. The device comprises: a drying container which contains food to be dried and has an opened top to pull out the dried food; a cover which is fitted on the opened top of the drying container to seal the drying container, and which has a conical shape bottom and the middle portion which is positioned lower than the edge; a pressure converter which reduces pressure by pulling out air from the inside of the drying container to allow liquid to be boiled at low temperature or pressurizes by injecting outer air into the inside of the drying container to allow moisture which is condensed and collected in the drying container to be discharged to an outside; a moisture collecting cup which is attached onto the lower center of the cover to collect the condensed moisture from the bottom surface of the cover; a moisture collecting container which extracts the moisture collected in the moisture collecting cup and contains the extracted moisture; and a moisture collecting pipe which is connected between the moisture collecting cup and the moisture collecting container to pass through the cover on the lower end of the moisture collecting cup. According to the present invention, the device is capable of being manufactured into a compact size, thus the device may be appropriately used at home where a small amount of food is discharged, and performing speed drying compared to the existing method of blowing hot wind constantly, thereby reducing electricity charges.
