<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of banana seasoning of which sweetness is fermented so as to be applied to food. Conventional chemical seasonings are avoided because of a taste which causes a feeling of discomfort and nausea, however, the present invention uses fermented banana to be inputted into water and the water is sprayed over food. The sprayed water seems to make food sweet but the food is not sweet but more tasty. Thus, the seasoning may be applied to soup, stew, seasoned vegetables, side dishes, bulgogi, etc. to provide excellent novel taste of food without generating additional expenses, thereby upgrading food tastes without any economic burdens so as to make lives comfortable and lively.</p> |
