<p>The present invention relates to an exercise kit with a safety function capable of muscle strengthening training. The invention is automatically settled on legs between an abdomen and knees of a wheelchair user when leaning forward and the wheelchair user goes through the white down effect, thereby controlling falling of the wheelchair user completely and preventing a second injury of the wheelchair user caused by falling and separating from the wheelchair due to the occurrence of a breathing difficulty of the user with a time lag. Also, a various upper body exercising for muscular strength improvement can be done without any restriction of time and place. More particularly, the present invention has a linear rod-like shape, and can selectively diversify a bracing wire on a rod depending on a user by using the properties of elasticity and strength of stability of the bracing wire, thereby being capable to exercise the upper body training for muscular strength improvement. In addition, the invention can be semi-permanently used without a separate apparatus or equipment as long as maintaining an elastic restoration force which is a property of a rubber. Furthermore, an aid belt and a safety bar can be easily carried out in a wheelchair bag to conveniently use, by reducing the volume of the attachable and detachable rod which has a bending function, thereby achieving wheelchair adaptation training without a protector.</p> |
