FIELD: instrument engineering.SUBSTANCE: lighting unit comprises successively located source of optical radiation, a field diaphragm, and a system of two coaxially arranged mirror surfaces of revolution, which are hyperboloid and ellipsoid. The radius at the vertex of the hyperboloid is close to zero. In the extreme case the hyperboloid approaches to the right circular cone. The field diaphragm and the system of the coaxially located rotating mirror surfaces are arranged such that the image of the diaphragm after reflection of the radiation beams from the surfaces of the hyperboloid and the ellipsoid is formed as an illuminated platform which is combined with the surface of the test object.EFFECT: provision of the ability of lighting without loss to screening and increase in reliability and operational efficiency of measurements.7 cl, 1 dwg |
